Intelligent DC power Tester series is designed for capacity testing, maintenance, project inspection and regular discharge of 48V battery sets and all sorts of DC power supply equipments. The tester combines battery monitoring and discharge control, featuring in the creative design, high reliability, easy operation and advanced intelligence.

The tester is mainly used in the filed of communication, electricforce, railway, military, oilfield, finance and power supply manufactures.

Main Features

1 LCD screen: Chinese menu display for all test figures including discharge current, overall voltage, cell voltage, discharging time, discharge capacity and temperature, etc.

2 Keyboard setting for discharge current and other parameters.

3 Automatic real-time monitoring: discharge parameters (e.g. voltage, current, time, etc.) can be viewed in real time locally or remotely during the discharge event or later replayed in real or accelerated time.

4 Automatic protection function: programmable alarm levels can be adjusted using four settings: minimum protection voltages of overall and/or single sell, discharge capacity, and discharging time. The tester alarm on any out-of-tolerance condition and can automatically pause testing before any cell reaches an unsafe state.

5 RS232/RS485 interface for computer monitoring and data analysis.

6 Powerful data processing: Windows-based software for automatic data collection, accurate data analysis, curve displaying and report generating.

7 Parallel connection: the discharging current can be enhanced by the number of testers (e.g. 2-3) that working in parallel.

Data Processing Software

Using a Pentium? based system, the tester incorporates proprietary interface circuits and specific software that can manage and analyse the data collected from the constant current discharging process. The software is programmed to analyse single sell and overall string voltage movements, estimate battery internal resistance, print voltage movement curve and report, detect battery abnormity, and perform accurate calculation and analysis for various test results. The battery performance thus can be viewed clearly at a glance.
