Intelligent
Constant Current/Resistance/Power Discharger is designed
for the maintenance and capacity test of continuous
battery sets, DC power supply, and UPS back-up batteries.
The discharger conducts check-up discharge test for
battery set, online test and record of various parameters.
It can automatically complete capacity test using
constant resistance, constant power and constant current
control after setting parameters.
Main Features
· LCD screen: Chinese menu display for all test parameters
including discharge current, overall voltage, cell
voltage, discharging time, discharge capacity and
temperature, etc.
· Users can choose three test modes after setting
the parameters: constant resistance, constant power
and constant current.
· Discharge Termination Condition: the discharger
automatically terminates once any of the three conditions
is met: battery set voltage, discharge capacity, and
discharging time.
· Real-time communication: RS232 interface for computer
upload, real-time monitoring, data analysis and processing.
· The discharger adopts forcible wind cooling methods.
The modularized design of control circuits and power-consuming
components presents a portable smart look of discharger.
· The power-consuming section using hand-tailored
patented components (patent no. 02203924.4) ensures
high power, no red-hot, safety and long-life.
· The discharger can be used with Online Battery
Set Parameter Monitor to test single cell voltage.
Main Functions
· Keyboard settings: discharge current, protection
voltage, discharge capacity, discharging time, etc.
test parameters can be set upon user's requirements.
· Real-time monitoring: real-time display and control
of parameter settings (voltage, current, time, etc.)
· Complete self-protection and alarming function:
the discharge set can alarm on low-voltage, overheat,
power break-off, and can automatically pause testing
before any cell reaches an unsafe state.
· Record and Enquiry: maximum data storage for 8 times
discharges allows user enquiries.
· Parallel connection: over two discharge sets (e.g.
2, 3, or 5) of same model can be connected via a connecting
tray (optional), with flexible control and independent
operation on each set.
· Data Processing Function: the data processing software
enables real-time PC communications, display and print-off
of voltage/current movement curves and detailed data
reports, based on which the battery performance can
be viewed clearly at a glance.
