Main Functions
· Real-time monitoring: real-time display and control
of test data: overall voltage, current, sell voltage,
time, capacity, temperature, etc.
· Complete self-protection Function: the discharge
set automatically terminates once any of the three
conditions is met: battery set voltage, discharge
capacity, and discharging time.
· Alarming Function: the discharge set alarms on
abnormal voltage, excessive temperature, etc.
· Voltage/Current Display Modification: it can modify
battery set overall voltage, cell voltage and current.
· PC Communication: Flash disk and RS232/RS485 interface
for computer upload, background processing, and automatic
diagram/report generation.
· Data Processing Function: the data processing software
enables real-time PC communications, display and print-off
of voltage/current movement curves and detailed data
reports, based on which the battery performance can
be viewed clearly at a glance.
Data Processing Software
Using a Pentium? based system, the discharge set
incorporates proprietary interface circuits and specific
software that can manage and analyse the data collected
from the discharging process. The software is programmed
to analyse single sell and overall string voltage
movements, estimate battery internal resistance, print
voltage movement curve and report, detect battery
abnormity, and perform accurate calculation and analysis
for various test results, thus provides scientific
evidences for distinguishing the merit of battery
sets.
