Main Functions

l Automatic circuited test: real-time monitoring and automatic circuited test for single cell.

l Parameter settings: users can set test duration, cell/overall protection voltage and alarming temperature.

l LCD Display: real-time test, record and display of test parameters: single cell voltage, overall voltage, temperature, etc. It also displays the first four cells of maximum and minimum voltage in the tested battery set.

Real-time Monitoring and Data Processing Software

The matching software is composed of real-time monitoring and data processing. The real-time monitoring software enables the real-time record of single cell voltage, the generation of movement curves, and the alarming and enquiry functions for abnormity. The data processing software can analyse test data from real-time monitoring, print off battery parameter movement curve and report. The software gives a comprehensive analysis for the capacity test results, thus the battery performance can be viewed clearly at a glance.
