High Voltage AC/DC Load Unit
is used to test the loading capacity and ageing degree
of AC 380V triple-phased equipments, (e.g. diesel
oil generator sets, online high power UPS, converters,
etc), and the discharge of high voltage DC 400V equipments
(e.g. battery sets, DC power, etc). The power-consuming
section using hand-tailored patented components (patent
no. 02203924.4), ensures high power consistency, no
red-hot, and automatic overheat protection, thus can
prevent the load unit from overheat or burn-up even
the fan is accidentally out of order. The use of minitype
single-phase φ150 fans to make dispersed wind supply
has significantly reduced the noise output. The unit
has the comparative advantages of high reliability
and safety, low-noise, and cost-saving over import
products, and provides a scientific measure for the
test and maintenance of AC/DC power equipments.

· Stepless discharge power adjustment: users can
set the discharge current (DC: 0~325A; AC: 0~200A)
via a adjustable resistance knob, and adjust the discharge
power steplessly from 0 to the rating.
· Real-time display of test data: AC voltage, AC
Current, DC Voltage and DC Current.
· AC/DC dual use: the unit can connect in AC/DC load
respectively.
· Timing: users can set the discharging time, the
unit automatically terminates loading once time is
up.
· Parallel connection: over two load units (e.g.
2, 3, or 5) of same model can be connected in parallel
via a connecting tray (optional), with flexible control
and independent operation on each set.
