The AC Loading Unit is used
to test the capacity and performance of high-power
UPS, power supply, diesel engine sets, etc. The system
is built up in a modularized framework, and it is
easy to operate and maintain. The power control component
adopts the advanced silicon module, the discharge
current (power) is adjustable, and thus the discharge
power can be kept at constant level, which has highly
increased the reliability of the system. The main
power-consuming components using superior new-material
subassemblies, have the advantages of high power consistency,
no red-hot, and automatic overheat protection, thus
overheat or burn-up is avoided even the fan is accidentally
out of order. The use of minitype single-phase φ150
fans to make dispersed wind supply has significantly
reduced the noise output. The AC Loading System Series
have been mainly used in the field of telecommunication,
electricforce, railway, etc.
Main Features:
1. Adjustable discharge power: discharge power can
be adjusted to the testing requirements for the performance
parameters.
2. Discharge time setting: the loading system switches
off automatically when the timer is up.
3. Automatic overheat protection: the use of alloy
resistances and/or PTC components ensures the system
will be disconnected when overheated.
4. Available in both single-phase and triple-phase,
providing effective testing methods for high-power
AC equipments.
