Intelligent Charge Monitor which combines battery test, charge, and online monitoring, is designed for the charge, capacity test and the supplementary charge of post deep discharging test of continuous battery sets. The monitor is a must for the regular maintenance and project check-up of battery sets.

· The monitor uses power switch and intelligent charging technology, conducts battery charge strictly according to the battery charging characteristic curve, using three-phase automatic charging mode: "constant current →fixed voltage & reducing current → floating charge".

· Charge current is adjustable within 10% and rating, and is not affected by input AC voltage variation; current can be kept at constant levels without manual adjustments during the constant current charging period.

· RS232/RS485 interface and flash disk transmission for computer upload and background processing, automatic diagram/report generation.

· Portable smart design, suitable for high mobility users.

Main Functions

· LCD screen: Chinese menu hints, easy to operate. Users can set and control test parameters: voltage, current, time, capacity, etc. The monitor automatically tests and monitors various battery parameters and has constant current/voltage and even/floating charge automatic switch functions.

· Real-time Online Monitoring: real-time monitoring and display of test data: charge current, battery set voltage, cell voltage, charge duration, charge capacity and temperature, etc, test data can be stored and transmitted simultaneously to PC.

· The monitor automatically terminates charging once the charging time is up and/or the charging capacity reaches preset AH value.

· Long-term floating charge function: the monitor can continue float charging after the battery is fully charged.

· Forcible Charge Function: after stepping into the floating charge phase, charge voltage can be raised to even charge voltage (56.5V) by pressing < > button. To exit forcible charging, by pressing < > button again the charge voltage declines to floating charge voltage (54V).

· Alarming and Protection Functions: the monitor can alarm on abnormal charge voltage/current, excessive temperature, abnormal cell voltage, etc during the charging process.

· Voltage/current Display Modification: the monitor can modify battery overall voltage, cell voltage and cell current.

· Data Processing Function: collected data can be transmitted to flash disk or directly uploaded to PC via 232 interfaces. The data processing software enables data processing & saving, and the generating, display and print-off of test curve/reports after charging, thus provides scientific evidences for distinguishing the merit of single cells/battery sets.
