Battery Charger using power switch, intelligent charging technology and multi-protection function, can extend battery life and is applicable to various guard-free charging conditions.

We manufacture two types of battery chargers: Automatic Charger, and Adjustable Constant Voltage/Current Charger.

Main Features

· The power switch control chip adopts imported military IC. The optimized design and strict production technics ensures the reliability and stability of the battery charger.

· Power switch tube using Japanese IGBT component enhances charger's reliability.

· Digital display for charge voltage, charge current.

· Protection Functions: excessive current protection for AC input, output short circuit, wrong connection of battery polarities and overheat protection.

Automatic Charger

· The charger conducts battery charge strictly according to the battery charging characteristic curve, using three-phase automatic charging mode: "constant current →fixed voltage & reducing current → floating charge".

· Charging current is adjustable within 10% and rating, and is not affected by the input AC voltage variation; current can be kept at constant levels without manual adjustments during the constant current charging period.

· The charger features in high charging speed and charging revert rate, no personnel intervention, long time charging without over-charging risk, ensuring battery life, etc.

Adjustable Constant Voltage/Current Charger

· Continuous adjustments for Charge voltage from 0V to rating.

· Continuous adjustments for Charge current from 10% to 100%.

· Constant voltage and constant current, two-phase charging (no floating charge), it can charge with loads.
